I enjoy taking responsibility for delivering solutions into the business and integrating these into operational systems (end-end delivery).

This often puts me in a privileged position to see how the business can be better served through new capabilities and provides the basis for driving requirements (innovation, agile, commercial advantage).

Happy to work as an individual contributor, support capability on the desk, and supervise and direct trading operations within live trading environments (model services).

Probably as a consequence of working with start-ups from the very beginning of my career, I am adaptable and familiar with initiating projects with minimal resource (hands-on, many hats).
